Our Forest School Holiday Club,

 

 This is  aimed at primary school age groups.

  It enables youngsters to explore the outdoors in a safe and playful environment. Activities may include: 

• Identification workshops; bugs, plants, trees, fungus, animals.

• Crafts; making artwork or sculptures using clay, wood and other natural resources available.

• Shelter / den building

• Team Games

• Kite buiding

• Fire Safety 

• Indoor Bouldering

• Exploring and map reading

• Science and discovery activities

We provide boots, waterproofs and rucksacks 

Boots will provide more ankle support than trainers or wellies, and wellies can rub if not worn with thick long socks.

There are limited toilet facilities outdoors, your child may need to go natural!

Some of our activities involve the use of knives and lighting of  fires. All are conducted under close supervision from qualified staff. If you have any concerns please feel free to discuss this with us.
